What data we collect

None. newgearing.xyz is a fully client-side calculator. All computations run locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies. We use no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts that can identify you. No external connections are made — fonts are self-hosted and no third-party resources are loaded.

Your input data

Numbers you enter into the calculator (property price, rental income, interest rate, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to any server. Sharing a URL encodes your inputs as URL parameters — this data stays in your browser's address bar and is not logged by us.

Hosting

This site is served from Railway infrastructure. Railway may collect standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are retained and managed by Railway according to their own privacy policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data practices we will update this page. Because we collect nothing, any future change would only affect the hosting or font-loading sections above.
